*General Terms and Conditions of Entry:

By entering Ellerslie Village Spend & Win Competition, entrants agree to the below terms and conditions:

1. The promotion is offered by Ellerslie Business Association (the Promoter) of 169 Ladies Mile, Ellerslie, Auckland 1051, New Zealand.

2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Competition commences on 19 November 2024 and closes at midnight on 18 December 2024. No entries will be accepted outside of these dates and times.

4. Entrants must have spent $25 or more in a single purchase in Ellerslie Village between the dates of 19 November and midnight 18 December 2024 to be eligible to enter. 

5. Ellerslie Village is determined as the geographic area that extends from Ramsgate St along Main Highway around the corner to 8 Robert St, and up Ladies Mile including numbers 179 and 188. 

6. Purchase receipt must be included in the entry and must also be kept as proof of purchase. This may be requested if you are selected as a winner.

7. There will be four competition winners – one winner drawn each week of the competition who will win a $250 voucher to an Ellerslie Village business of their choice.

8. Multiple entries are permitted but only one entry per purchase is allowed.

9. All complete entries received before each of the four prize draws will be eligible to win (e.g. if an entry is received on day one of the competition, it will be eligible for all four draws). Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are not eligible to enter the Promotion to win the Prize.

10. The weekly draw for the four prizes will take place on Tuesday 26 November, Tuesday 3 December and Tuesday 10 December. The final draw will be completed on Thursday 19 December once the competition is closed. The winners will be drawn via random selection.

11. The Prize includes delivery to an Auckland address if collection is not available.

12. Competition is open to Auckland Residents only.

13. You must be over the age of 18 years to enter this competition.

14. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

15. The Winners are determined by the Promotor and will be drawn from all entries submitted in a random draw.

16. The prize winners will be notified by email or text.  The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter's website www.ellerslievillage.co.nz and their Ellerslie Village Social Media pages. All prizes must be claimed by responding to the Promoter within 5 days of the message send date.

17. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants as required (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winners provide suitable identification and proof of age prior to awarding the Prize.

19. The draws (and subsequent ones if the Prizes are unclaimed) will take place at the offices of Ellerslie Business Association, 169 Ladies Mile, Auckland.

20. The winner of any unclaimed Prize draw will be contacted via email or phone. It also may be published on the Promoter's website www.ellerslievillage.co.nz and their Ellerslie Village Social Media pages.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.

22. Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoters control subject to approval by relevant regulatory authorities.

23. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Entrants participation in the Promotion.

24. The Promoter's decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence. 

25. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter, and/or its related entities for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the Winners. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. 

26. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanism or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition.  

27. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

28. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Ellerslie Business Association and not to Facebook.
