What you need to know:
Age Groups: 3-5 years, 6-8 years, 9-11 years.
There are three $30 Scoop & Smile vouchers up for grabs - one winner for each age group.

Deliver your completed entry to Scoop & Smile or email it to hello@ellerslievillage.co.nz by midnight Sunday 15 December 2024.
Winners will be notified by Friday 20 December via phone or email.
Terms & Conditions
Age Groups: 3-5 yrs, 6-8 yrs, 9-11 yrs.
One winner per age group.
Winners will be contacted by Friday 20 December.
Winning entries (& possibly other entries) will be displayed in Scoop & Smile after the draw.
Each colouring competition age group winner will receive a $30 Voucher from Scoop & Smile.
No entries will be accepted after midnight Sunday 15 December.
The winners will be determined by the Promotor (Ellerslie Business Association).
The Judges decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize/s cannot be redeemed for cash.
Collection of prizes will be arranged with the Winner at time of notification by Ellerslie Business Association.
Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
The $30 Vouchers provided as prizes will have their own T&C of use.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants as required (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide suitable identification and proof of age prior to awarding the Prize/s.
The decision for any unclaimed Prizes will take place at the offices of Ellerslie Business Association, 169 Ladies Mile, Auckland.
The winner of the unclaimed Prize draw will be contacted via email or phone.
Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the competition if (a) for any reason the competition is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the competition is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoters control subject to approval by relevant regulatory authorities.
Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Entrants participation in the competition.
By entering the competition, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter, and/or its related entities for the purpose of conducting this competition and notifying the Winners.
All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
